Forbes' 100 Most Trustworthy Companies in 2015

RGP was once again named one of the 100 Most Trustworthy Companies according to Forbes in 2015. The annual survey identifies the 100 businesses on American exchanges that most consistently demonstrated transparent accounting practices and solid corporate governance. The Company also received this recognition in 2009.


Top O.C. Workplaces for 2014

RGP was named one of Orange County, California's Top 100 Workplaces by the Orange County Register. The newspaper surveyed roughly 35,000 employees at companies in Orange County about their employers, regarding issues such as work-life balance, culture & atmosphere, pay & benefits and meaningfulness behind their work.

2014 Best Places to Work in San Diego

The San Diego Business Journal and Best Companies Group named RGP one of the 2014 Best Places to Work in San Diego, ranking it third in the mega-sized company category. Companies were honored and ranked based on the results of an employee survey, as well as an evaluation of the employer's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.

Best Companies to Work for in Texas

RGP was named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas for the eighth year running. This annual program was created by the Texas Association of Business (TAB), the Texas State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (TSC-SHRM), and Best Companies Group. The survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Texas, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.

The Tulsa Business and Legal News' 2013 Employees' Choice Awards: Tulsa's Best Places to Work

RGP's Tulsa office was named a finalist for the Tulsa Business and Legal News' Employees' Choice Awards: Tulsa's Best Places to Work for 2013 in the 200+ employees category. The results were based on hundreds of surveys submitted by employees of firms throughout Tulsa. The survey asked employees to rate their employers on a five-point scale in terms of work/life balance, fairness in promotion, time off and other areas of consideration, to generate an overall satisfaction rating. The Tulsa office was named a Tulsa's Best Places to Work in 2011 and 2012.

2013 CareerBuilder's Top Companies to Work for in Arizona

CareerBuilder and Republic Media named RGP one of the Top Companies to Work for in Arizona in 2013. Companies were evaluated and selected based on a combination of overall satisfaction scores from an employee engagement survey and an evaluation from an employer questionnaire covering topics related to HR programs, benefits and workplace culture.

2013 Best Places to Work in Tampa Bay

RGP's Tampa, Fla. office was named one of the 2013 Best Places to Work by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. The office ranked eighth in the "Big Companies" category. Recipients of the "Best Places to Work" recognition were determined by the results of an employee survey that measured employee engagement, loyalty and retention. This is the second year in a row the Tampa office has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Tampa.

2013 Best Places to Work in Connecticut

RGP was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut by the Hartford Business Journal and ranked number two in the large company category. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Connecticut, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses. The list is made up of 30 companies from across the state and highlights RGP's outstanding workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics.

Crain's 2012 Best Places to Work in New York

RGP was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in New York City by Crain's New York Business. The 2012 Best Places to Work in New York City list is made up of 50 companies. Companies in New York City were judged based on everything from benefits and policies to opportunities for advancement and corporate culture. The award program is managed by Best Companies Group and produced by Crain's New York Business. This year's Best Places to Work winners were recognized during an awards luncheon and ceremony last Friday at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers in New York City.

2012 Best Places to Work in New Jersey

RGP was named one of the 2012 Best Places to Work in New Jersey by the Best Companies Group. The 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey were determined by a two-part evaluation process including workplace policies and, mostly, the feedback received from employee surveys.

Top O.C. Workplaces for 2012

RGP was named one of Orange County, California's Top 85 Workplaces by The Orange County Register. The newspaper surveyed more than 22,500 employees at companies in Orange County about their employers, regarding issues such as satisfaction with senior leadership, alignment with company goals and pay and benefits structure.

Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility

RGP's Alabama office was named as one of the Alfred P. Sloan Award winners for business excellence in workplace flexibility by the Families and Work Institute for the second year in a row. The Sloan Awards are part of When Work Works, a research-based initiative to highlight the importance of workplace flexibility as a strategy to increase workplace effectiveness and yield positive results, and to help employees succeed at work and at home.
