After consolidating business support functions into five Shared Services Centers (SSCs) worldwide, our Client, a global leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management Solutions, determined that internal customer satisfaction levels were declining. Senior management described the decline in satisfaction as “a crisis situation.”
