Jon Wesoky
Global Managing Director - Supply Chain Management

Jon Wesoky joined RGP in 2005 and serves as Global Managing Director of Supply Chain Management. He is a subject-matter expert in contract management, the Procure-to-Pay process, inventory management, and the logistics and transportation functions. Jon has led numerous business process redesign efforts, including large-scale supply chain and finance function reengineering projects across a wide variety of product and services industries.

Prior to joining RGP, Jon was a director at BearingPoint where he led the Supply Chain practice in the firm's Communications Industry group. As a senior manager at Andersen Business Consulting, Jon led the Mid-Atlantic Region's Supply Chain team. Additionally, Jon has held both operational and consulting positions in the distribution and transportation sectors. Jon is a frequent speaker and panelist at local, national and global supply chain conferences.

Jon received his MBA in Logistics and Transportation from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, where he was a Council of Logistics Management (now CSCMP) National Graduate Scholar. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Jon is APICS certified as a Certified Integrated Resource Manager (CIRM) and is a member of the National Capital Area chapter of the Institute for Supply Management and a past board member.

Kevin Deely
Senior Practice Director - Supply Chain Management

Based in Washington D.C., Kevin comes to RGP from KPMG where he was one of the key leaders in the Supply Chain Strategy and Operations practice. While at KPMG, Kevin was an integral part of the firm's Supply Chain Resilience and Conflict Minerals efforts supporting the development of methodologies, client engagement materials and delivering end-to-end Conflict Minerals programs. Prior to KPMG, Kevin was with Booz Allen Hamilton in the Strategy & Operations practice helping clients in the commercial and public sector. His background includes over 16 years in various supply chain operations and management consulting roles.

Kevin received his MBA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia. He is a former board member of the Washington, D.C. chapter of APICS and is an active speaker on the topic of supply chain risk and Conflict Minerals compliance.

Anne Stilwell
Senior Practice Director - Supply Chain Management

Based in Washington D.C., Anne has been with RGP for over six years. Anne has significantly contributed to the growth of some of RGP's largest and most strategic Supply Chain initiatives. Recently, Anne has been a lead solution developer and subject matter expert in the Conflict Minerals space. Prior to joining RGP, Anne was the top procurement executive at Fannie Mae. She also held supply chain leadership roles at MCI and the American Red Cross.

David Matthews
Senior Practice Director - Supply Chain Management

David has more than 20 years of global supply chain management experience across multiple industries, both as a practitioner, and currently as senior practice director. Prior to RGP, David was with Clorox for 15 years. During that time, he held numerous positions in both Australia and the United States. His last role with Clorox was Director of Global Sourcing in Contract Manufacturing. In that capacity, he was responsible for the sourcing and supply chain management of more than 50 third-party manufacturers in North America and Asia Pacific. As part of this responsibility, David's group developed a Clorox program that completed multiple supply chain audits to ensure the compliance of the company's Asian suppliers. Additionally, post September 11th, due diligence was conducted for multiple international suppliers to ensure compliance with the U.S. Federal program, Customs Trade Partners Against Terrorism (CTPAT). David's background as both a practitioner and practice leader enables him to serve as a trusted business advisor to RGP's clients.

Trey McClure
Senior Practice Director - Supply Chain Management

Based in Chicago, Trey is a Senior Practice Director, Supply Chain Management in RGP’s Midwest Region. Trey is a multi-functional supply chain professional with more than 20 years’ experience leading and consulting on global supply chain transformation in public, private and private-equity owned companies. He has deep industry expertise leading supply chain/operations transformations – both start-up and reengineering – in multiple, domestic and international (Asia Pacific and Europe) organizations.

Trey came to RGP from Lawson Products where he was Vice President of Supply Chain. He has also served as Vice President of Supply Chain at Loparex LLC; Director, Global Supply Chain at Electro-Motive Diesel; Manager, Operations and Supply Chain Practice at Archstone Consulting; and as Global Supply Chain Manager, Asia Pacific for Littelfuse, Inc.

Trey earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, holds a Master of Science in Operations & Systems Management from the University of Southern California and is CPIM certified by APICS.

Ron Hudik
Regional Director - Supply Chain Management

Based in Houston, Texas, Ron has been with RGP since 2005. An expert in the energy industry and the unique supply chain challenges faced by companies in that space, Ron has supported the development of some of RGP's largest supply chain clients. Prior to joining RGP, Ron spent 20 years in supply chain roles for General Motors, TI Automotive, The Marmon Group and US Filter Surface Preparation. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, as well as an MBA. He also earned his CPM designation from the Institute of Supply Management (ISM).
